We have been doing Matific this week, it is a maths competition, it is alot fun, We had to get 150 in a week  and keep our accuracy up, mine was 85.31. 

We are competing against other schools in New Zealand and Australia,  but the good thing is that we are in first place. I liked the sorting of numbers, from smallest to largest. Do you know of any other maths competions?

Hello, on Monday and Tuesday, we visited Harold.  We went to We learnt about everyday food, and sometimes food, and how much sugar food actually has.

I can’t wait to see Harold again next year. He had some pretty good jokes.

The second time we saw Harold, he came out with a poop and threw it at us.

We learnt the story of Waitaiki and Poutini by liostening to a story that Miss Laing read to us.

then we had to draw what we heard in the story, in the style of a comic book, each section was a picture from the story.

My favourit part was drwing the picture,  I did find the spelling for the captions a little hard.
